We have delivered electro-mechanical works for 14 bank and exchange branches in Egypt, from Damietta to Asyut, Minya, Hurghada and Rafah.
A bank branch has different requirements
A bank branch is not just an office: the customer hall must stay comfortable all day, vault and server rooms need dedicated cooling and protection, CCTV and networks must run without interruption, and the opening date is fixed.
We have worked with several banks and know how to coordinate with branch management, the consultant and the fit-out contractor so the branch is handed over on time.
- Central AC for the customer hall and offices, with dedicated cooling for server rooms
- Firefighting networks and fire alarm systems
- Panels, lighting and power for ATMs and equipment
- Data networks, CCTV and light current
- Plumbing for washrooms and pantry
- Planned maintenance after opening
